Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Bins-USA, a Shopify app operated by Bins-USA. By installing it you accept them.
The service
Bins-USA records where your products are stored and helps you pick, count and receive inventory. It reads and writes inventory quantities in your Shopify store when you ask it to. It does not fulfill orders or buy shipping labels — Shopify does that.
Plans and payment
Free has a limit of 20 bins and 200 products. Paid plans are billed by Shopify and appear on your Shopify invoice: Basic $24.99, Plus $49.99 and Pro $69.99 per month, or the annual equivalents. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Prices are in US dollars.
You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not refund partial periods.
Your data
Your data is yours. We keep it for 90 days after you cancel or uninstall so that coming back restores everything, and delete it after that. What we hold and who processes it is set out in our Privacy Policy.
What we ask of you
Use the app for your own store and within Shopify's terms. Do not try to break into it, overload it, or resell access to it. If you add people to your account, you are responsible for what they do with it.
What we do not promise
We work to keep the service running and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Bins-USA is a tool for organising your warehouse; the inventory counts in your store remain your responsibility, and you should verify important changes. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
Ending the agreement
You can uninstall at any time. We may suspend or end access if the app is used in a way that breaks these terms or Shopify's, and we will tell you why.
Changes
If these terms change we will update the date at the top. Continued use means you accept the current version.
